Caitlin leads our marketing, PR, and client management teams. She has 15 years of marketing and communications experience across technology, media, and finance. Previously, Caitlin held a senior role at MediaLink, advising Fortune 100 companies on growth, marketing, and communications strategy, and she oversaw communications at PubMatic, leading them through funding rounds before IPO. She is a board member of the New York Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). Caitlin earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston, where she attended on scholarship.

Neel leads our strategy, creative, and technology teams. He founded his first software company in high school and sold it in 2001 during college. For 15 years, Neel worked in investment management, where he built and scaled companies and platforms across industries. He has advised and invested in the seed rounds of several tech companies, including Compass. Neel earned a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, where he graduated first in his class. He currently serves on the board of directors of Maergo and is also a member of the board of trustees of the Museum of the City of New York.

Drew shepherds day-to-day organization and operational needs across all aspects of the business. He coordinates the team to manage and track internal priorities, and supports the founders by liaising between customers, publishers, and other external partners. Prior to joining Lumyx Studio, Drew held roles in the policy and communications functions at multinational finance and enterprise technology companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

Wenda is a media pioneer who brings over 20 years of publishing experience followed by 20 years in inventing the digital media industry—first as a founding member of the executive team at DoubleClick and later as chief sales officer at Yahoo!, where she built the #1 sales organization in media and is widely credited as establishing brand advertising on the web. After Yahoo!, Wenda was co-CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and was more recently vice chairman of MediaLink. She is the past chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, former president of the Advertising Club of New York, and served on the boards of the Ad Council and the American Advertising Federation (AAF). Wenda is the recipient of numerous industry awards in advertising, including being named as one of Ad Age’s “100 Most Influential Women in Advertising in the Last 100 Years” and as an inductee into AAF’s Advertising Hall of Fame, the industry’s highest honor.

Cathie is a publishing trailblazer who served as chairman and president of Hearst Magazines from 1996 to 2010, where she oversaw both the print and digital operations, steered the global expansion of over 200 publications, and launched some of its most successful new titles. Prior to Hearst, Cathie headed the Newspaper Association of America (now the News Media Alliance) and served as president and publisher of USA Today, turning it into the #1 newspaper in the country. She has sat on many company boards, including Coca-Cola, IBM, Gannett Co., PubMatic, and Hearst. Cathie is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, author of the best-selling book Basic Black, and has appeared on Forbes and Fortune’s lists of the most powerful women in business on numerous occasions.

Mike is a media industry executive and innovator with deep experience leading a wide range of content and multimedia brands. He was the first non-family member to run Forbes Media as CEO and spearheaded its shift towards digital and technology products, resulting in the sale of its majority interest to Hong Kong-based investors in 2014. Prior to Forbes, Mike was a general partner at SoftBank Capital for 10 years, where he specialized in digital content startups with notable investments which include BuzzFeed, HuffPost (sold to AOL), GSI Commerce (sold to eBay), Associated Content (sold to Yahoo!). Before joining SoftBank, Mike served as president and CEO of Ziff Davis Publishing until its sale in 2000. Earlier in his career, he ran several publications, including GQ, Playboy, Runner’s World, and Men’s Health. Mike currently serves on the boards of Condé Nast, IDG, and the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
